Helmsdale is a small coastal town in North East Scotland. The sort of place you stop to stretch your legs, have lunch, en route to Wick to the north, or heading south to Inverness. Its pretty, and its quiet.
I enjoy moments like these, that surprise and delight.
There is more, quite a lot more. Or - well at least - there was, this art is flaking and peeling, and no doubt some local busybody has decided that it is time to renovate the shed. So I recorded it as best I could.
A feast for the senses.

I love your unique ideas and your writing. Scotland looks and sounds absolutely gorgeous. I live half the world away but maybe someday I will have a chance to visit. Thank you for your posts.
Oh my god Rob, what a find!
